I volunteered for Christmas at the Park because I have never heard of one student regret it. All the RPTS students love this event and the RPTS professor's rave about Gerry Logan. It was a joy to work with Gerry, even as I arrived at 8a in the morning. When I arrived they provided the volunteers with Chick-fil-a breakfast and put us to work. I worked parking with several other students for the first four hours of the event. I was mainly helping vendors get to the right location in the early morning, but later I was able to escort patrons to their parking spaces. This was an event full of Christmas spirit and I loved working it! I even came back later in the evening to experience the magical lights at night.
