Communication is one of the first compentcies listed for Mays Business School at Texas A&M. I believe there is reason it is listed first and that is because it is one of the most pivotal characteristics about a person, specifically a business person. Communication is what all the other compentencies revolve around and that is why I have dedicated my educational career to developing this attribute.
