Ethics and morals are something that everyone has; although the definition of these terms might vary from one person to the next, we all have the idea of them in common. Acting ethically becomes a concern in business for many reasons, but I believe if we follow all of the other competencies listed, acting ethically can just happen. It is very important in the workplace because it deals with respecting others.
